OrthoInsighter.AI operates the OrthoInsighter web platform, ON evidence assistant, project workspaces, and the related mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect across these products, why, and how you can control it.

Uploaded content may include patient-derived or clinical data if you choose to submit it. See Section 5 of our Terms & Conditions for your responsibilities around uploading such content, including de-identification.
Data submitted to our backend, including any clinical/case data processed for AI-assisted features, is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data but cannot guarantee absolute security of any system.

We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active, plus any period required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance (typically up to 7 years for billing records). Uploaded case data is retained until you request its deletion, unless already de-identified and used for research/model development, in which case it can no longer be traced back to your account.

This platform is intended for orthopaedic surgeons, residents, researchers, and other clinical professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
