Delete Your Account
OrthoInsighter
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us directly.
To request account deletion:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your subscription and billing history (subject to legal/tax retention requirements, typically up to 7 years, after which it is deleted)
- Saved cases, collections, and app activity data
What may be retained
- De-identified/anonymized clinical data that has already been used for research or model training, which cannot be traced back to your account
- Records required to be kept for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
Partial data deletion
You can also request deletion of specific data (e.g. a single case or collection) without deleting your entire account — just describe what you'd like removed in your email to [email protected].
