We may suspend or terminate access to the platform, in whole or in part, at any time, including for suspected misuse, unauthorized data scraping, or upload of content in violation of these Terms.
Paid plans renew automatically for the monthly or yearly period shown at checkout until canceled. The purchasing provider controls payment authorization, tax, invoices, renewal, cancellation, failed-payment recovery, and applicable refunds. Android purchases are managed through Google Play; web purchases are managed by the merchant of record identified at checkout. A recognized paid entitlement follows the same OrthoInsighter account across supported devices and should not be purchased twice. The current Refund and Billing Policy forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves, particularly as licensing and clinical-use arrangements for other modules (such as OrthoInsighter Pelvis) are finalized. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, where applicable.
